This year's EStALI Autumn Conference takes place in Brussels. The conference provides a perfect platform to meet and network with various experts from DG Competition and EU Courts THE leading place for the State aid community to meet and to receive an update and detailed insight into the currently most debated issues in EU State aid law.

Workshop | Day 1

The intensive workshop on the first day will give participants a profound insight into currently debated State aid issues, which will be explored and discussed in a small group, thus giving sufficient room for interaction, lively debates and your individual questions. During the workshop, 2 topics will be discussed intensively:

  • Non-Economic Activities and No Effect on Trade – Status Quo of the Notion of Aid
  • Making Infrastructure Projects lawful using the General Block Exemption Regulation
