Overview At this year’s EFFL Conference the regulation of innovations were on the agenda: • Legislative and scientific approaches • Actual issues • Concepts in practice In order to allow a "360° insight" into the regulation of innovations speakers from European and national institutions (i.e. the Commission, EFSA, the German Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety), federations (i.e. Federation of European Speciality Food Ingredients), from the industry (i.e. BASF, Adisseo) and universities as well as private legal practice were invited to present their views.
Target Group The international EFFL Conferences bring together experts in the area
of European food and feed law from various European countries,
international organisations and institutions on a regular basis. As such they are targeted
at: • food lawyers working at European and national institutions, • industry representatives, • economists, • academics and private legal practitioners. Overall we expect 60-80 participants - from all over Europe.
