In the recent years the amount of food recalls and food crises has been on the rise.  It is important for food business operators and their legal departments to include this among the operational risks of their activities.

The aim of this practical seminar is to create awareness of the risks and the various issues which come along with them. With a multidisciplinary approach, the seminar covers legal, scientific and public relations aspects of a food crisis. It guides the participants through different stages, starting from the identification of a food crisis, crisis management and emergency measures to the aspects of post-crisis management.

This seminar is organised by Lexxion – The Legal Publisher under the scientific coordination of Loyens & Loeff. It is an excellent opportunity to get first-hand insights into this complex and sensitive subject.
