Customer information on the electronic conclusion of contracts

The following information on the electronic conclusion of contracts does not represent contract conditions. Our contract conditions are given in our terms and conditions. You can find them on the left-hand navigation bar.
1. How does our online contract conclusion work?
Once you have found the requested item on our homepage, please select the button "Add to cart" via mouse click. If you wish to order further items, please repeat this procedure for each item (the contents of the cart will be deleted automatically if you close the browser window). To conclude the purchase, please select "Buy now". If you do already have access data (E-mail address and pass word) for our online shop you may log in and conclude your purchase. If you are a new customer, please generate a customer account by selecting the button "I am a new customer". In order to generate a new account, you are required to fill in your name, the name of your company or institution (where applicable), your address, telephone number and E-mail address. A pass word for your customer account will then be sent to your E-mail address. Pass word and E-mail address are required every time you wish to order online. After reading our terms and conditions, you will be required to state your consent by ticking the box accordingly. For concluding the purchase, please complete the following details concerning the purchase. The "submit" button will then lead you to the next page, where you will b e required to state a delivery address and select a payment method. Payment may be made by bank transfer or via Paypal. If you wish to buy a single journal article, payment via Paypal enables you to download the article immediately after payment has been made. When selecting payment by invoice for a journal article, the requested article will be sent to you in the course of the next working day at the latest. We recommend payment via PayPal for urgently requested journal articles, especially on holidays, at the weekend our outside of our office hours (9 am - 5:30 pm). Information for entrepreneurs from EU member states Entrepreneurs from EU member states are asked to give their VAT number when selecting a payment method in order to qualify for VAT-exempt intra-community delivery according to § 4 Nr. 1 lit. b UstG. The order of the item given in the order form with the corresponding purchase price is concluded by clicking on the button "Confirm order". The receipt of your order is confirmed regularly by dispatch of the requested article, or via E-mail respectively. A confirmation receipt of the order in other forms than dispatch of the requested article does not however represent acceptance of your offer. We are entitled to accept the offer of your order within a period of two weeks.

2.Storage of contract texts and customer access
Your order data will be stored and sent to you via E-mail after receipt of the order.
3. Typing errors
While filling in the order form, you may correct your entries at any time by overwriting. Before selecting the "Confirm order" button, you may cancel the order at any time by closing the browser window.
4. Contractual language
The contractual language is German.
